NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
"Lis Pendens"
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
-- Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
Ch entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
O the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
`r of said Code and as specified below:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 321 BURNETT AVENUE SOUTH
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: . LOT 22, BLOCK 33 OF SMITHERS 1ST ADDITION
OWNER(S) OF RECORD: F. A. BREDA AND HELEN BREDA, HIS WIFE
OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: SEE ATTACHED SHEET
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
WOOD FRAME (TYPE VN BUILDING) APARTMENT HOUSE (H OCCUPANCY)
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
(A) BECAUSE OF DILAPIDATION AND DETERIORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION THE
BUILDING IS LIKELY TO PARTIALLY OR COMPLETELY COLLAPSE.
(C) BECAUSE OF INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, DILAPIDATION, DECAY, SANITATION
FACILITIES, THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER HAS DETERMINED THE BUILDING
TO BE UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND IN SUCH A CONDITION THAT IT IS
LIKELY TO CAUSE SICKNESS AND DISEASE.
(D) BECAUSE OF FAULTY WIRING THE BUILDING IS DETERMINED TO BE A FIRE
HAZARD.
(G) THE BUILDING SHOWS 337. OR MORE DETERIORATION OF SOME SUPPORTING
MEMBERS AND 50% OR MORE DETERIORATION OF OUTSIDE WALL COVERINGS.
(I) PORTIONS OF THIS BUILDING ARE LIKELY TO COLLAPSE AND THEREBY INJURE
PERSONS OR PROPERTY.

TIME 10:00 A.M. DATE JULY 29, 1971
or such other time as the hearing may be continued.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE. RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE
COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
