The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
`"'t b' the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
of said Code and as specified below:

PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
A. PORTIONS OF BUILDING BECAUSE OF DILAPIDATION ARE LIKELY TO .PARTIALLY OR
COMPLETELY COLLAPSE.
B. BUILDING HAS BECOME SO DILAPIDATED AND HAS BECOME AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE
TO CHILDREN, HARBOR OF VAGRANTS, CRIMINALS OR IMMORAL PERSONS, OR AS TO
ENABLE PERSONS TO RESORT THERETO FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMITTING UNLAWFUL
OR IMMORAL ACTS.
C. BUILDING IS SO DILAPIDATED THAT IT IS UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AS
DETERMINED BY COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER.
D. BECAUSE OF FAULTY WIRING BUILDING IS A FIRE HAZARD.
E. BUILDING HAS BEEN ABANDONED IN EXCESS OF SIX MONTHS AND CONSTITUTES AN
ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE AND HAZARD TO PUBLIC.

COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
A copy of this notice is being filed for record with the King County Auditor.
