' The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
"- entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102

A. IS LIKELY TO PARTIALLY OR COMPLETELY COLLAPSE.
B. BUILDING IS OPEN TO ENTRY, IS AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE TO CHILDREN,
A HARBOR FOR VAGRANTS, CRIMINALS OR IMMORAL PERSONS, AND ENABLES
PERSONS TO RESORT THERETO FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMITTING UNLAWFUL
OR IMMORAL ACTS.
C. BUILDING IS UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION, AS DETERMINED BY THE
SEATTLE-KING COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
D. BECAUSE OF DILAPIDATION AND FAULTY WIRING, BUILDING IS DEEMED A
FIRE HAZARD.
E. BUILDING HAS BEEN VACANT IN EXCESS OF SIX (6) MONTHS AND CONSTI-
. TUTES AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE AND HAZARD TO THE PUBLIC.
G. THERE IS 33% DETERIORATION OF SUPPORTING MEMBERS.

ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE
COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
