LIS PENDENS
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
r entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
of said Code and as specified below:
