NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority
of Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of
co Renton, entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby com-
`f4) plains that the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined
in Section 4-2102 of said Code and as specified. below:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The S 100' of Lot 21 and the S 100' of the W 1/2 of
Lot 22 in Block 6 of Earlington as per plat recorded
in Vol. 14 of Plats, Page 7, Records of King County, situate in
the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington
OWNER(S) OF RECORD: John Joplin and Beverly Joplin

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
Two 'story, wood frame, single family residence, no concrete -foundation
• PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102: .
A. Because of decay along with inadequacy of its foundation, portions
of said building could collapse.
B. Because of the deteriorated condition, building is an attractive
nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. A
, C. Because of the deteriorated condition, building has 'been deemed
unfit by the Seattle-King County Health Department for human
habitation and could cause sickness or disease.
D. Because of the dilapidated condition of the electrical wiring •
and heating apparatus, the Fire Chief has deemed this building
to be a fire hazard.
E. Building has been abandoned for a period in excess of six months
so as to constitute this building to be an attractive nuisance
and a hazard to the public. -
G. Thirty-three per cent (337) deterioration of supporting members
and 50% deterioration of inside and outside walls and coverings. - •
I. Portions of said building could collapse and thereby injure persons.

COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
A copy of this notice is being filed for record with the King County Auditor.
