The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority
of Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of
`-; Renton, entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby com-
plains that the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined
in Section 4-2102 of said Code and as specified below:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
Single family residence, brick veneer, wood frame, with basement
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102: 7;.
; 4-2102 (A) Because of dilapidation, deterioration and decay, portions
of building may partially or completely collapse.
o ` (B) Because of dilapidation, said building is an attractive
nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants, criminals
or immoral persons.•

` tary and unfit for human habitation.

constitutes an attractive nuisance and a hazard to public.

In addition to the above, the premises are overgrown with blackberry
vines which harbor rats. This is in violation of the Renton Housing
Code.

Avenue South, Renton, Washington
TIME 10 A.M. DATE June 2, 1970
or such other time as the hearing may be continued.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE
COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
