NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
The Building Director of the 'City of Renton, acting under the authority
of Chapter 20, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of
Renton, entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby com-
plains that the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined
in Section 4-2002 of said Code and as specified below:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 2, Block 2, Tiffany Park Subdivision, Renton,
County of King, State of Washington

COMMENTS: City Council action March 9, 1970, ordered the Building Depart-
ment to close the building to unauthorized entry as an emergen-
cy measure to protect life and limb, especially in the case of
small children. Deep hole in the front of the building was
filled for the same reason by the City of Renton.
A hearing will be held before the Board of Public Works , City Hall, 200 Mill
Avenue South, Renton, Washington
