Variances To allow more than 60’ of street frontage parking in the front yard setback between the building and the pedestrian-oriented street.9Variances Up to 170’ high poles to support the barrier netting system around the outdoor driving range outfield.10
Street Modification Retain the existing frontage improvements along Logan Ave N, N 8th St and Park Ave N11 Requesting approval of Master Site Plan Review, Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, Hearing Examiner Conditional Use Permit, 2 Variances and Street Modification and Waiver of Street Improvements. The application was received on May 1, 2019 and the application was determined incomplete on May 8, 2019. On June 17, 2019, the master application was reviewed for completeness and the application was determined complete on June 18, 2019. The project complies with the 120-day review period. Staff received no public comment letters or agency comments for Topgolf. On July 22, 2019 , the ERC issued a DNS-M with 8 mitigation measures. A 14-day appeal period commenced on July 26, 2019 and ended on August 9, 2019. No appeals of the threshold determination were filed.Approvals Requested12
