The application was received on May 1, 2019 and the application was determined incomplete on May 8, 2019. On June 17, 2019, the master application was reviewed for completeness and the application was determined complete on June 18, 2019. The project complies with the 120-day review period. Staff received no public comment letters or agency comments for Topgolf. On July 22, 2019 , the ERC issued a DNS-M with 8 mitigation measures. A 14-day appeal period commenced on July 26, 2019 and ended on August 9, 2019.
