HELD LATECOMER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a Washingto>r:
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th day of April , 19 84 , bearing Auditor's c
File Number 8404090605 and expired on February 15, 1994 .

WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
8404090605 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
8404090605 , has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll
should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
a) Lots 29 through 30, Block 16, C. D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of Seattle Division #1
,it according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, page 74, records of King County, Washington.
