Latecomer Application – NE 1st Street Sewer Extension – LA-19-001
We have reviewed the latecomer application package for the 5002 NE 1st Street wastewater extension that was submitted by Tuscany Construction and find that it is a complete application.
After reviewing the engineering plans and the estimated cost amount, staff believes that the cost mentioned in the application is reasonable.
Please place this request for a Latecomer on Council’s agenda. Please also add the following Department Project Number to the City Clerk card file indexing information PR19000084.
