PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE KING COUNTY
DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN RECORDER
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 25th day of February 1991, bearing Auditor's File
#9102251775, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor''s File #9102251775, has been partially satisfied and the
following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's
agreement:
