TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Tri-State Construction Company.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th day of June, 1983, bearing King County
Recording Number 8306090731 and expired on June 9, 1993.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and

EREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing King County
ecording Number 8306090731 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to

!OW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing King County Recording
giumber 8306090731, has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the
assessment roll should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement
ord no other reimbursements are due Tri-State Construction.
