TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Grady Way Associates, a partnership.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th day of June, 1983, bearing King County
Recording Number 8306090732 and expired on June 9, 1993.
CI WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
Cl/ WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing King County
