WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a 511
Washington municipal corporation, and King County, WA a political subdivision of the State of
Washington.

WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 10th day of March, 1978, bearing Auditor's o
File Number 7803100529 and expired on March 10, 1988.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, certain parcel(s) of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's
agreement; and now all other encumbered properties are hereby released from the latecomer agreement a
due to its expiration; a
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's E'
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number
7803100529, has been fully satisfied and the properties within the following described recovery area ,
co should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement: a
