FULL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and G&M Investments.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 29th day of June, 1981, bearing Auditor's
File Number 8106290602 and expired on June 29, 1991.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels encumbered by Latecomer Agreement S-245, bearing AF #
8106290602 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number b
8106290602, has expired and all properties encumbered by the latecomer agreement should be and are "'
hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement.
Latecomer Agreement LCAG # 8106290602 recorded under this King County Auditor's File Number has
been expired and no other reimbursements are due the developer. A
