WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a c
Washington municipal corporation, and HILLIS HOMES, INC. 0,
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 1st day of June, 1981, bearing Auditor's File
Number 8106010669 and expired on June 1, 1991.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; o
and all other properties are hereby released from the latecomer agreement due to its expiration;
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's o
agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number
8106010669, has been fully satisfied and the following described properties should be and are hereby x
