Beginning at a point 470.09 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter; Thence N 11 03 40 W 168.29 feet; Thence N 60 05 40 W to the Easterly margin of State Road Number 2; Thence ,dr Southerly along said margin to the South line of the subdivision; Thence East 319 feet more or less to the Beginning.
