PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No.3950 Special Assessment District(SAD)for Sunset Blvd. North
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 23 day of May, 1986, bearing Auditor's File
#8605230898, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8605230898, has been partially satisfied and
the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:
Ordinance#3950 Parcel# 19 7-11 Store 404 Sunset Blvd. N.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#0823059087
C') Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East. Beginning at a point 470.09 feet West of the
Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter; Thence N 11 03 40 W
168.29 feet; Thence N 60 05 40 W to the Easterly margin of State Road Number 2; Thence
,dr Southerly along said margin to the South line of the subdivision; Thence East 319 feet more or
less to the Beginning. Less Primary State Highway Number 1. Less the Northeasterly 140 feet.
0 BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
".4 Auditor's File Number 8605230898, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
