HELD LATECOMER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a Washington
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 11th day of February , 19 88 , bearing Auditor's
File Number 8802110615 and expired on January 28, 1993 .
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
rn WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
0 8802110615 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
