ASSIGNMENT AND CORRECTION OF
LATECOMERS AGREEMENT
This is an Assignment and Correction of the Latecomers Agreement dated April 28, 1995,
King County Recording No. 9505080322, by and between the City of Renton ("City") and
Environmental Development, Inc., Tom Ichelson, P.O. Box 1574, Bellevue, Washington 98009
("Developer").
The name of Developer as set forth in the original Latecomers Agreement was incorrect, in
that the named Developer was the general partner of Valley Development Associates, L.P., a
Washington limited partnership ("Valley Development"), which was intended to be the Developer
under the Latecomers Agreement (and which owned and currently owns the real property described
in Exhibit A of the Latecomers Agreement).
Accordingly, Environmental Development, Inc. and Tom Ichelson hereby correct the
Latecomers Agreement by replacing Valley Development as Developer, and hereby assign to Valley
KIP Development all of its interest in the Latecomers Agreement.
Valley Development hereby accepts the foregoing correction and assignment and agrees to
be bound by all of the terms of the Agreement from the initial date of the Latecomers Agreement.

City hereby consents to and accepts the foregoing correction and assignment.
The remainder of the Latecomers Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as amended
herewith.
