WHEREAS,a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between City of Renton,a Washington
Municipal Corporation and Environmental Development,Inc.
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 28th day of April , 1995,bearing Auditor's File
Number 9505080322;and has expired on April 28,2010
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing the Auditor's File Number_
9505080322 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement due to its expiration
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT KNOWN That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
9505080322, has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll
should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion of the southeast quarter of Section 31,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,in
King County,Washington as described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said subdivision;
Thence southerly along the east line of said subdivision,to an intersection with the south line of the north 5 acres of that
portion of said southeast quarter lying easterly of Talbot Road South(Kent-Renton Road#80),and the True Point of
Beginning.;
Thence continuing southerly along the east line of said southeast quarter to an intersection with the south line of the
north quarter of the south half of the north half of said southeast quarter;
Thence westerly along said south line to an intersection with a line 375 feet westerly of and parallel with the east line of
said southeast quarter;
Thence southerly along said line,a distance of 165 feet,more or less,to an intersection with the north line of the south
quarter of the northeast quarter of said southeast quarter;
Thence easterly along said north line a distance of 30 feet,more or less,to an intersection with the east line of the west
