LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The East half of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 10,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington;less the West 12 feet thereof.
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between City of Renton, a
Washington Municipal Corporation and Centex Homes;and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 7th day of April ,2000,bearing
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ;and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS,a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's
agreement;and
WHEREAS,on 02/25/2003, Seattle Escrow,on behalf of Bennie J and Barbara J Reid,paid
$20,640.23 Latecomer Fee under City Permit Number U030256,for Parcel No. 7 as described above;
and
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,
has been partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer's agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
