NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Chapter 1-3 of the Renton
Municipal Code which authorizes the recovery of civil penalties and costs of abatement
through claim of lien and foreclosure thereof, the City of Renton hereby claims a lien as
indicated herein against the following described real property:

Description of Violation:
Violation of the Renton Municipal Code Section 4-5-130 which adopts the 2012
International Property Maintenance Code with City of Renton amendments. This
property is in violation of the International Property Maintenance Code Section 301.3 as
the vacant dwelling has not been properly maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary
manner and has caused a blighting problem which has an adverse effect on the public
health, safety and quality of life and Section 301.3.2 which requires all vacant buildings
to be secured against entry at all times.
