NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to Renton Municipal Code Chapter 1-3 which
authorizes the recovery of civil penalties and costs of abatement through claim of lien
and foreclosure, the City of Renton claims a lien against the following described real

Description of Violation:
Violation of the Renton Municipal Code § 4-5-130 which adopts the 2012 International
Property Maintenance Code with City of Renton amendments. This property violates
International Property Maintenance Code § 301.3 as the vacant dwelling has not been
properly maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary manner and has caused a
blighting problem which has an adverse effect on the public health, safety and quality of
life and Section 301.3.2 which requires all vacant buildings to be secured against entry
at all times.
