KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that RONALD C. CARLSEN —
, for and in consideration of Mutual Benefits Derived, do(es)
hereby grant and warrant unto the City of Renton a Temporary Construction Permit to be used
only during construction of SW 43rd St. (AKA) S. 180th St. on adjacent property. The said
M- temporary construction permit shall he through and across the following described property

That portion of Government Lot 2 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 23
3,1 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1095.75 ft. West and 30 ft. North of the Northeast corner of
Henry Adams Donation Claim #43; thence North 120 ft. ; thence West 180 ft. ; thence .
South 120 ft. ; thence East 180 ft. to the point of beginning.
A 10 ft. wide easement on the above described property, 5 ft. on each side of Engr's.
Sta. 101+60 ; AND a 10 ft. wide easement on the above described property, 5 ft. on
each side of Engr's. Sta. 102+84.
SAID TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PERMIT shall remain in force during construction and until such
time as SW 43rd (AKA) So. 180th St. and appurtenances have been accepted for maintenance
and operation by the City of Renton.
The said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding
at law, at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for
the purpose of constructing driveways without incurring any legal obligation or
liability therefore, provided that such construction of driveways shall be accomplished .
in such a manner that the existing improvements and land contours existing in the right-of-
way shall not be disturbed or destroyed or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed
they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property
was entered upon by the Grantee.
This temporary construction permit shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the Grantor's successors, heirs, and assigns until acceptance of SW 43rd (AKA)
So. 180th St. for maintenance and operation by the G a tee.
