PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor
JWHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, Per Ordinance # 4362, Vernon Francis, owners of Parcel # 193 has paid $561.53 per receipt
#2046, Dated 6/1/93;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
That the following described property has satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District
CO bearing Auditor's File#9209021077 to the extent that the parcel has developed.

Let it be known further that, while this property has paid toward said Special Assessment District and
while the property can be sold or in any other manner change ownership without any further
payments under said Special Assessment District, this parcel is not released from further claim under
said assessment district at the time further units are developed on the property by subdivision or as
multi-family, commercial, or industrial development.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account# 334390-3641 Further Described as:
Lot B, Renton Short Plat 75-020 KC Rec #7603020509 Vernon Francis paid on 10,749 sq. ft. of
said Lot B per conditions of Restrictive Covenant recorded with King County under
Rec#9306 250583
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said Special Assessment District agreement recorded under
King County Auditor's File Number 9209021077, as to lands therein described not hereby released nor to the
remaining 10,749
sq. ft. of Lot B, should the lot subdivide.
