WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0016 was established by Ordinance No 4824 and recorded
under King County Recording Number 20000104000291;and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0025 was established by Ordinance No 5082 and recorded
under King County Recording Number 20040825000604;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$6,044.87;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided
notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20040203001766; and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS,on July 8,2004,the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement
and provided notice of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20040818000203 to
replace the agreement recorded under King County Recording Number 20040203001766; and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement recorded
under King County Recording Number 20040203001766;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20040203001766
has been replaced and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the liens of the said assessment rolls recorded under King County
Auditor's File Numbers 20000104000291 and 20040825000604 nor shall it impair the agreement
recorded under King County Recording Number 20040818000203,as to the above described land
therein described.

That portion of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the West Quarter Corner of said Section;
THENCE along the westerly line of said Section, North 0° 31' 05" East, a distance of 609.36
feet;
THENCE South 88° 18' 09" East, a distance of 730 feet, to True Point of Beginning;
THENCE South 0°31' 05"West, a distance of 238.29 feet
THENCE South 88° 18' 09" East, a distance of 280.05 feet;
THENCE North 0° 39' 36" East, a distance of 238.10 feet;
THENCE North 88° 18' 09"West, a distance of 280.71 feet, to True Point of Beginning;
EXCEPT the westerly 140 feet, as measured along the north and south line thereof;
EXCEPT the South 100 feet;
