Said property situated in King County, Washington; for and in
consideration of a permit to construct a side sewer to connect
these premises to the City Sewer Main at less than minimum grade
of 2% according to City of Renton Ordinance 1552 and as amended
VI by Ordinance 1727

Odo hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the City of Renton
CD from all future damages resulting from such connection.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be a covenant running with the land and
