HomeMy WebLinkAboutRLSUCC 9307160687 . 41- • n WHL!N RECORDED RETURN TO: Office of the City Clerk Renton Municipal Building �/ 200 Mill Avenue South PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF TAP, Renton,WA 98055 HOOK-UP OR CONNECTION CHARGE WHEREAS, the City of Renton has previously adopted Ordinance No. 4321 providing for the collection of tap, hook-up or connection charges for those connecting to the water or sewage systems of the City, and WHEREAS, said charge was duly recorded pursuant to RCW 65.08.170, and WHEREAS, said charge creates a lien on specifically defined properties, and WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of those charges, and • WHEREAS it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by said charges; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the sanitary sewer, tap, hook-up or connection charge known as the Special Utility Connection Charge (SUCC fee) has been partially satisfied and is fully released from any claim under that charge as to the following described real property: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A"AND "B" Sanitary Sewer Special Utility Connection Charges have been paid for the Renton Transfer Station Sewer Upgrade and Recycling area, described as Parcel A in Exhibit "A". Partial (•) release is also granted to the Consolidated Office and Repair Facility(CORF) site described V`' as Parcel D in Exhibit "A" being a 20 acre portion of Parcel C, for which sanitary sewer special utility connection charges were previously paid; BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the City of Renton as to other lands not previously described ras having been released, nor the remainder of Parcel C, or impair the lien for the Water Special Utility Connection Charge on the subject property, which has not been paid in full. The Sanitary Sewer Special Utility Connection Charge released by the recording of this document, was a partial payment granted under Restrictive Covenant recording number 9302042176, for Parcel A and paid in the amount of$27,800.00, Permit#8234, date 6/21/93. The 20 acre portion of Parcel C (herein referred to as Parcel D) in Exhibit "A", released by the recording of this document was a previous paymentCat: $.01/sq. ft. for 871,200 sq. ft.)made prior to the granting of limited exemptions under of Ordinance No. 4321.
