WASHINGTON WHEREAS proper. petitiorsfor. vacating portions of aa Lake Washington Boulevard, also known as Secondary State Highway No. 2A, and Logan Avenue North, north of 6th Street, Renton, King OD County, Washington, w,e:r.;e duly filed with: the City Clerk on or about March 4, 1975 and said petition having been signed by owners repre- senting 100% of the property abutting upon such 'streets. sought. to be vacated; and WHEREAS the. City Council by Resolution Nos . 1974 and 1975 passed and approved on April 7 , 197.5 and after .due investigation, did fix and determine the 5th day of May, 1975 , at the hour of 8 : 00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the City of Renton to bethe time and place for a public hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having given due notice of such hearing in the manner provided by law, and all persons having been heard appearing in favor or in opposition thereto; and WHEREAS the Department of Public Works and the' Planning appropriate Department of the City of Renton, together with the/City Council Committee, having duly considered said petitions for said vacations, and having found same to be 'in the public interest and for the public benefit, and no injury or damage to. any person or properties will r result from such vacations; NOW THEREFORE.,.
