Baxter, Mayor Members of the City Council Gentlemen: Submitted herewith are easement applications from Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company for underground con- struction across City property. The first is across the north- erly end of Cedar River Park on the right of way of the limited access highway. The second is across the steel water tank site on Bronson Way North, immediately west of the tank. The requested easements are along the route of a major underground installation which starts on Bronson Way at 2nd Av- enue and proceeds along Bronson Way and Bronson Way North to E Street; thence north on E Street to the City limits. I see no objection to the easements, however I recom- ment they be referred to Council Committees for consideration. James .
