THIS INDENTURE Made and entered into this -�L �,� day of
NN August, A. D. , 1910, by and betv.een EDWIN M. SMITHERS , FRED G.
SMITHERS and ADA THORNE, parties of the first part , and the City
cf Renton_, a municipal corporation of the third class organized
and existing under and by virtue of the general laws of the State
of Washington, the parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant,
bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part and its
suec;ssors, the ;h` ht to construct , operate and maintain a trunk
sewer with all necessary attachments , including such. purifica-
tion works as may be necessary for the proper operation of said
trunk sewer in, upon and along a strip of land t74LJk_ . .

west corner of Lot Eight (8) Block One (1) Motor Line Addition
to the Town of Renton, now part of the City of Renton said

center line of Second Avenue as platted and shown in said Moor
Line Addition and in the original plat of the Town of Renton
extended West to a point where said extended line would inter-
sect a line drawn at right angles to the Northerly boundary of
the right of way of the Seattle Renton & Southern Railway Company,
