Other Requests: At the request of Councilmember Persson, Consent Agenda items 6.d. (Work
Software Management and facilities condition assessment for Facilities), 6.e. (Approval of architectural
agreement for elevator modernization), and 6.f. (Police Officer Hire at Step D) were pulled for separate
consideration and approved as Council Concur.—Beymer& Milosevich
MOTIONS REFERRED TO COUNCIL COMMITTEE: MOVED BY PERSSON, SECONDED BY PAVONE,
COUNCIL REFER THE MATTER OF DRAG RACKING IN THE VALLEY AND OTHER PARTS OF THE
CITY TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING FOR A BRIEFING ON WHAT HAS BEEN
DONE, WHAT WE CAN DO, ETC. COUNCIL CONCUR. — Milosevich & Zimmerman* (Note*:
