Council motion —Refer topic of VRBOs (Vacation Rentals by Owner) including potential
nuisances from these types of rental properties, and also check permit status of duplex located
next to 18011ones Ave NE to the Administration in order to develop a recommendation for the
Planning & Development Committee to review. —Vincent, Milosevich, & Moloney.
