Ordinance Amending RMC Chapter 6-6 related to At Large/Vicious Animals
The Committee of the Whole recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to refer
the draft ordinance amending RMC Chapter 6-6 to clarify owners' responsibility to keep
animals under control and stregthen penalties for violations to the Public Safety Committee
for review and recommendation to the full Council.
