HomeMy WebLinkAboutERC_RR_Publication_Salon SEPANOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. Salon SEPA LUA19-000167 Location: 2300 East Valley Rd. The applicant is requesting SEPA Review in order to operate a salon in Suite B of the building at 2300 E Valley Rd (APN 3023059132). The subject site is 1.21 acres (52,845 sf), zoned Commercial Arterial (CA), and is within the Auto Mall Area C and Urban Design District D Overlays. The proposal is to remodel and change the use for an existing 1,050 square foot tenant space. Appeals of the DNS must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on September 27, 2019. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057.
