In the event any claim is made against the City of Renton or any action is commenced by any party naming the City of Renton as a defendant due to or related to the existence or use of the above described real property,Grantors agree to defend that claim or action at their own expense and/or pay all legal fees and costs incurred by the City of Renton in the defense of that claim or action,including all expenses and attorney's fees incurred at arbitration,trial or on appeal.
