WITNESSETH: Whereas, King County is the owner and holder of the hereinafter describedproperty
which was bid in by and sold to said County at a sale for general taxes; and
WHEREAS,said property is subject to Local Improvement Assessment liens leviedby said CitylKaa
and
WHEREAS, said City/'IM has paid to party of the first part the face of the general taxes and costs
for which said property was sold to party of the first part and has made application for a deed-to said
property pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 170, 1925 Laws of Washington, extraordinary session;
