WITNESSETH: Whereas, King County is the owner and holder of the hereinafter described property
which was bid in by and sold to said County at a sale for general taxes; and °1

WHEREAS, said CityPteWhas paid to party of the first part the face of the general taxes and costs
for which said property was sold to party of the first part and has made application for a deed to said
