GENERAL NOTES
1. 2018 SURVEY, SUNSET LANE & SUNSET PARK PHASE 1 DRAWINGS AND PLANS ARE AVAILABLE FROM OWNER.
2. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING UTILITIES PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION. CALL 1—800-424-5555 48 HOURS
PRIOR TO DIGGING TO VERIFY EXISTING UTILITY LOCATIONS ON SITE.
3. ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH DRAWINGS AND/OR SPECIFICATIONS AND SITE CONDITIONS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE
OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH CONSTRUCTION.
4. ALL WORK WITHIN THE SITE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE INSPECTION OF THE CITY'S DESIGNATED OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE.
5. A COPY OF THESE APPROVED PLANS AND PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE ON THE SITE WHENEVER CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS.
6. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MEET WITH THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE FOR A PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE.
7. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL PERMIT CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS BY THE CITY OF RENTON.
8. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TAKEN AT 90° ANGLES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
9. ALL MATERIALS TO BE DISPOSED OF OFF —SITE ARE TO BE DISPOSED OF IN A LAWFUL LANDFILL AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS.
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CAREFULLY REMOVE WEEDS AND GRASS WITHOUT DAMAGING EXISTING PLANTS TO REMAIN.
11. AVOID DAMAGE ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND TO EXISTING PLANT MATERIALS, UTILITIES, AND STRUCTURES TO REMAIN.
