REASON FOR CHANGE:
The pre-application for permitting found that the lot plat has a triangular addition
to the 35’ setback area. No hardscape or artificial turf many be in this area. This
decreases the size and scope of the project.
New steps:
1. Remove the pavers and shrubs in the are to be renovated
2. With soil, level about 54 sq ft of the yard directly west of the patio
3. Install cement edges on the 3 non-patio sides of the renovated area
4. Install @ 54 sq ft of artificial turf
Materials: cement and artificial turf
Contractors: the same as previously listed
Permit: With new information from City of Renton, the Land Use Permit Master
Application and new siteplan and details has been submitted to Jill Ding, senior
planner.
