Corrective Action: Approval from the King County Health Department has not been obtained for the septic system.A permit to connect to the city sewer system has not been submitted for review and approval. Submit approval for the septic system or a permit application to connect to the city sewer system within 15 day of the date of this notice. The additional permits you have obtained may not receive inspections until a building permit is reviewed, approved and issued.
