QUITCLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this 25th day of July
1958, between the United States of America, acting through the
Public Housing Administration, under and pursuant to the powers
and authority contained in the provisions of the Lanham Act
(54 Stat. 1125; 42 U.S.C. 1521) as amended, and Reorganization
Plan No. 3 of 1947 (12 F.R. 4981), Grantor, and the City of
Renton, Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($600.00) to it
duly paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl»
edged, conveys and quitclaims to said Grantee, its successors
and assigns, all of the Grantor's right, title and interest in
the following described real estate situate in the County of King,
State of Washington, to-wit:
PARCEL A
The East one-half of the Southwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
Willamette Meridian, less the south 30 feet
thereof of street right-of-way, containing
4.69 acres, more or less, and
PARCEL B
Commencing at the center of Section 8, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, Willamette Meridian;
thence South 89° 30' 50" East along the East
and West center line of said Section 8 for
25.0 feet to an intersection with the Easterly
right-of-way line of the Pacific Coast Railroad,
the true point of beginning; thence continue
South 89° 30' 50" East along the East and West
center line of said Section 8, for 425.9 feet,
more or less, to an intersection with the
Westerly right-of way of the Pacific Coast
Railroad, Newcastle Branch; thence Southeast-
erly 30 feet, more or less, along said right-
of-way line to a point on a line parallel to
the said East and West center line of said
Section 8, and distant therefrom 30 feet;
thence North 89° 30' 50" West for 445 feet,
more or less, to an intersection with the East-
erly right-of-way of the Pacific Coast Railroad
Company; thence North along said Easterly right-
of-way for 30 feet, more or less, to the true
point of beginning, containing 0.3002 acres,
more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises, to-
gether with appurtenances unto the said Grantee.

authority delegated by the Public Housing Commissioner, the
Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its name

San Francisco, State of California, personally appeared
ARTHUR C. CHLAArK , to me known to be the AGING Regional
Director, San Francisco Regional Office of the Public Housing
Administration, that executed the within and foregoing instrument
on behalf of the United States of America, and acknowledged said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of the
United States of America, acting through the Public Housing
Administration, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and
on oath stated that he was authorized to execute said instrument
and that the seal affixed is the official seal of the Public
Housing Administration,
