THE GRANTOR, GREATER RENTON SHOPPING CENTERS, INC., a Washington Corporation,
for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to THE CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
The North twenty-five (25) feet of Tract 11-A which is a
portion of Block 11, Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands
No. 2, according to plat recorded in Volume 57 of Plats,
page 92, in King County, Washington.

This is to advise you that the Greater Renton Shopping
Centers, Inc., is placing on record with the King County Auditor's
office its Deed in favor of the City of Renton to the North 25
feet of Tract 11-A, Renton Highlands Addition No. 2, as per Con.,
rection Plat, which will thus re-establish and re-open 12th Avenue
North.
This dedication is made to you without charge and as a gesture
of good will inasmuch as this Corporation has been assured that the
owners of residential property on the North side of 12th Avenue
North are also willing to make such dedication without charge. That
being the case, you are thus free to accept this dedication.

wherein you advised us that you have had recorded a deed,in favor
of the City of Renton, to the north twenty-live (25) feet of
Tract llwA, Renton Highlands Addition No. 2 an per corrected
plat.
The City Council at their regular meeting of March 10th
accepted the dedication and asked the City Clerk to esfrsss
their thanks to the Greater Renton Shopping Center, Ino., for
the public spirited gesture of good will.
