convey and quit claim to City of Renton
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington: The south 251 of lot 4, block 11, Corrected Plat of Renton
Highlands No. 2, an addition to the City of Renton.
Said deed is given for rededication of 12th Ave. North.

Gentlemen:
Enclosed herewith is a quit Claim Deed from Tino Cugini
and i!,mma Cugini, his wife, to the City of Renton for the south
25 feet of Lot L, Block 11, Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands
No. 2. Said deed is given for the purpose of re-opening 12th
Avenue North.
Enclosed also is a letter from the Cuginis stating the
conditions under the deed is offered. It is the recommendation
of the Planning Commission that these conditions be met and that
Lot L , Block 11, Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2 be
rezoned from SR-2 to B-1. This appears in the Planning Commission
Ninutes of iiarch 11, 1959 as Item no. 15.

Gentlemen:
This is to advise you that Mr. & Mrs. Tino Cugini are giving
this deed at no cost to the Citq of Renton provided that 12th
Avenue North is re-opened, and that K Steeet shall continue
through to Sunset Boulevard.
It is further understood that lot 4, block 11, Corrected Plat
of Renton pighlands No. 2 , an addition to the City of Renton
shall be zoned to B-1.
