THE GRANTOR THE CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the second
class, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
`Vn consideration, conveys end quit claims to THE BOEING COMPANY, a Washington
\ 1 corporation, the following described real estate, situated in the County of
King, State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the
grantor therein:
That portion of Lake Vashington Boulevard, also known as Secondary
State Highway No. 2A and Park Street in Renton, Washington, as situated
in that portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Northwest
('carter with the Easterly margin of said Lake Washington boulevard,
said point of intersection also being the Southwest corner of the
Boeing Company tract known as Parcel IV; thence Noth 0'57'41" East
along the Easterly margin of said Lake Washington Boulevard 1,283.43 feet
to a point 30.00 feet right of and measured at right angles to the
Washington State Highway Department North Renton Interchange Centerline
Station "A" 0 + 00, said station being the point of curvature of a curve
to the right of centerline radius 572.96 feet; thence continuing north
0'57'41" East along the Easterly margin of said Lake 4:ashington Boulevard
295.08 feet to a point of intersection with the Northwesterly margin of
said North Renton interchange, being a point on a curve of radius 617.96
feet from which the center bears south 60'30'59" East and the true point
of beginning; thence continuing North 0'57'41" East along said Easterly
margin 1.89 feet to a point of curvature of a curvn to the right of
radius 287.64 feet from which the center bears South 89'02'19" East;
thence Northeasterly along said curve an arc length of 197.60 feet to
a point on the curve from which the center bears South 49'40'38" East;
thence North 49'40'38" west along said radial 60.00 feet to a point
on a curve having a radius of 347.64 feet; thence Southwesterly
curving to the left along said curve of radius 347.64 feet, an arc
distance of 238.82 feet to a point from which the center bears South
89'02'19" East; thence South 0'57'41" West tangent to the preceding
curve 186.70 feet to a point of intersection with the Northwesterly
margin of said North Renton Interchange, being a point on a curve of
radius 612.96 feet from which the center bears South 78'40'30" East;
thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly margin of said North
Renton Interchange an arc length of 103.09 feet to a point of widening
on said curve from which a radial line to the center bears South
69'02'19" East, thence North 69'02'19" West along said radial line
5.00 feet to a point on a curve of radius 617.96 feet; thence North—
easterly along said curve and the Northwesterly margin of said North
Renton Interchange an arc length of 91.92 feet to the point of beginning.
(containing 17,778 square feet or .40813 acres, more or less).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be
executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed

the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free
and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they were authorized to execute
the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, VACATING A
CERTAIN PORTION OF LAKE WASHINGTON BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF
1 RENTON, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON
r;rn WHEREAS a proper petition for vacating a certain portion of street as

hereinafter more particularly described was duly filed with the City Clerk on or about

sm0 May 20, 1968, and said petition had been signed by the owners of more than two-thirds
. of the property abutting upon such portion of street sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS the City Conncil by Resolution No. 1553 approved on July 1,
1968, and after due investigation did fix and determine the 12th day of August, 1968
at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the City of Renton to be the
time and place for public hearing thereon; and the Clerk having given due notice of
such hearing in the manner provided by law and all persons having been heard appearing
in favor of or opposition thereto and said hearing having been duly continued to
August 26, 1968, and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission having duly considered said petition and
said vacation as hereinafter more particularly described and same being found to be
in the public interest and for the public benefit and no injury or damage to any
, person or properties will result therefrom, and
WHEREAS the City Council caused to have made an appraisal of the
property sought to be vacated as provided for in City of Renton Ordinance No. 2349;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
