QUIT CLAIM DEED
CO
THE GRANTOR, the Housing Authority of the City of Renton,
Washington, a municipal corporation, for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration conveys
and quit claims to the City of Renton, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of
King, State of Washington, including any interest therein
which grantor may hereafter acquire :
A right of way 50 feet in width over portions of Tracts
A and C, of Block 5, Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands # 2,
according to plat recorded in Volume 57 of Plats, pages 92-98
inclusive, records of King County, Washington, the center
line of said right of way being described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of 14th
Place North and "K" Street as shown in said sub-division of
Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2; thence North 1°07'
46" East along the center line of "K" Street a distance of
40.05 feet; thence North 88°52' 14" West 30 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North 88°52' 14" West a
distance of 95 .20 feet; thence Westerly and Northerly along
the at of a curve to the right with a radius of 90.00 feet,
through an angle of 85°21'58", a distance of 134.09 feet;
thence North 3°30'16" West a distance of 151.03 feet ; thence
Northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left with a
radius of 90.00 feet, through an angle of 46°23'31" a distance
of 72.87 feet; thence North 49°53'47" West a distance of
98.30 feet :
Also together with a 30 foot right-of-way for street

Beginning at the termination of the center line of the

Beginning at the termination of the centerline of the pre-
viously described 50 foot wide right-of-way; thence south 40°
06'13" West a distance of 20 feet to the center of a circular
turnout for street purposes with a radius of 45 feet ; thence
South 43°33'22" East from the center of said turnout a distance
of 45 feet to a point on the northerly margin of said 50 foot
wide right-of-way and the true point of beginning; thence
westerly, northerly, and easterly, along the arc of a curve to
the right, radius 45 feet, through an angle of 263°39'35" a
distance of 207.08 feet to the northerly margin of said pre-
viously described 50 foot wide right-of-way; less that portion
previously described for 30 foot wide right-of-way.
Also together with those portions of Tracts A and C lying
Westerly of said 50 foot right-of-way and Easterly of the
following described line;
Beginning at a point on the center line of said 50 foot right-
of-way North 88°52'14" West 95.20 feet from the true point of
beginning of said right-of-way; thence westerly and northerly
along the arc of a curve to the right, radius 90.00 feet, a dis-
stance of 119.09 feet to a point bearing South 77°02'00" West

distance of 12.5 feet to the center of a circular turnout for

point of beginning; thence Westerly and Northerly along the
arc of a curve to the right, radius 45 feet, a distance of 116.57
feet more or less , to the Westerly margin of said right-of-way.
The Grantee , by acceptance of this Deed, assumes full
responsibility for the care and maintenance of the street
located on said demised property and holds the Housing Authority
of the City of Renton harmless from any liability resulting
from said care and maintenance or lack thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Corporation has caused this
instrument to be executed by its proper officers and its
corporate seal is to be hereunto affixed this .gay of May,1967.
