QUIT CLLIM DEED ..
THIS INDENTUSE WITNESSETH: That we, ELEANOR M. DOBSON. and TINO CUGINI Pnd
EMMA CUGINI, his wife, , of King County, State of Washington, for and in r
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further `
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to usr
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 17, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, lying within a strip of land 60 feet in width and
30 feet on each side of he following center line: Beginning at
Cr',era point that is South 80 10102" West 110.38 feet from the Southwest
N corner of Lot 2, Block 7, Windsor Hills Addition to Renton, accord-
ing to plat recorded in Volume 38 of Plats, Page 22, records of
N King County, Washington, said point at the center of a cul-de-sac
`-n having a 1,5 foot radius; thence South 5 29'55" West 3311.17 feet to
a point of curve; thence along said curve to the left having a
radius of 50.0 feet, a distance of 58.17 feet; thence South 61°16►110"
East 87.05 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly margin of Bronson
Way North in the City of Renton, Washington; And, That portion
of said subdivision lying within the arc of a circle having a
radius of 45 feet, the radial center of which is the point of begin-
ning of the above-described center line; And, That portion of said
subdivision adjoining said 60 foot strip, and bounded by the North-
westerly line of Bronson Way North, and by the arcs of curves
having radii of 20 feet, the radial centers of which are on a line
parallel with and 20 feet Northwesterly of, measured at right angles
to, the Northwesterly line of Bronson Way North, and distant at
right angles 50 feet Northeasterly and 50 feet Southwesterly,
respectively, of the center line of said 60 foot strip.
