THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH; That we, (7-

consideration of the general f blie welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington; and described as follows:
The Easterly 25 feet except the Southerly 30 feet of the following described
property: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the
Northwest one-quarter of Section L , Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W, M. ;
thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Section 4 609.36 feet; thence
South 88°18109" East 730 feet; Then8e South 1°31105" West 238.29 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence South 88 18'36" East 280.05 feet; thence South 0°39'36"
West 218.10 feet, more or less; thence North 88°19'03" West 279.) 0 feet; thence
North 0°31105" East 218.29 feet to the true point of beginning; less the westerly
130 feet, less the Northerly 9 .00 feet, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
