. QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Carl V. Erickson and Betty L. Erickson
Clarence R. Mitchell& Mary G. Mitchplif King County, State of Washington, for and

consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
