QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Leo E_, eshsr n

therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,

being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

990.70 feet; thence south 0°39'j6" West 218.10 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continueing South 0°39'3b" West 218.10feet; thence South
8019'03" East 20.0OFt. thence North 0 39 36it East 218.10 feet; thence North
88°19'03" West 20.0' to the true point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto'the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
